Staff friendly, reception welcoming, cleaning ladies respectful. Convenient metro nearby, no line changes needed to city center. Groceries close. Good breakfast, housekeeping and reception staff polite and cooperative. Spacious apartment with kitchen, supermarket steps away. Valuable stay, would choose again.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, making it easy to reach the city center. The staff were friendly and provided a correct guide to the nearest metro station.

It's just a short walk to catch a train that takes you straight to the city center without the need to change lines. there is a train station nearby, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom is well-maintained and has modern fixtures, ensuring a pleasant experience.
One downside is that the hotel's WiFi is not accessible without a Russian SIM card, which can be inconvenient for foreigners who rely on WiFi for internet connectivity.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Moscow. the location is fantastic, being very close to a Metro station that takes you directly to the city center without any need to change lines. It made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and were always willing to help with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had a lovely view of the park. It was great to relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing, and the TV provided some entertainment before bed.
Everything was great, no complaints at all.
